Concession Addendum

This is an addendum to the Apartment Lease Agreement dated , by and between Mark-Taylor Residential, Agent for the Owner, hereinafter known as "Agent", Apartments, hereinafter known as "Property", and , hereinafter known as "Resident".

The following is a list of Concessions that are being given to Resident:

Resident understands that:

1. 1. In the event monthly Rent is not paid as agreed in accordance to the signed Apartment Lease Agreement, any lease concession received by the Resident(s), as specified above, will become void for the delinquent month and must be repaid to the Property by the 10th day of the current month.
2. 2. In the event the Resident(s) vacates the premises before the lease term expires, any current or prior lease concession received by the Resident(s), as specified above, will become void and all current and prior concessions must be repaid in full to the Property on or before the move-out date.

This Addendum in no way changes the terms or conditions of the Apartment Lease Agreement.
