Delivery Date Agreement

The scheduled construction delivery date on Apartment # is . Your move in date of is based on this date. Unfortunately, delays in construction are occasionally experienced as a result of weather or other circumstances beyond our control. If a delay is anticipated, management will make every effort to immediately contact you with revised delivery dates. You are welcome to periodically call management to confirm the status of your apartment. If you are notified of a change in the above mentioned delivery date, and are unable to arrange your move accordingly, you have 48 hours to cancel your deposit agreement and receive a full refund of the holding deposit () that you paid. Please understand, and Mark-Taylor Residential are not liable for damages if a delay is experienced. It should also be noted that some property amenities MAY NOT be completed at the time of your move in.
