Employee Rent Discount Addendum

To All Mark-Taylor Employees,

Effective January 1, 2016, the discount rate for on-site residency for employees will range from 0% to 50%. Discounts are subject to approval and availability per property and certain restrictions may exist per client. Please consult with your Manager or Asset Manager for specific discount terms.

The employee acknowledges that the discount rate is subject to change or be eliminated at any time by management and may include policy changes to the Mark-Taylor Employee Handbook.
