Garage Use Addendum

  1. The garage is intended solely for the parking of the resident's vehicle(s).
  2. Reasonable storage of personal property items is permitted, provided that the resident's vehicle(s) is/are accessible and operable in the garage.
  3. Any modification to the garage (e.g. building shelves) is prohibited without Management's written consent.
  4. Aside from fuel located within a vehicle's fuel tank, Resident shall not store flammable liquids (e.g., gasoline, paint, compressed gas cylinders) in the garage.
  5. Resident has been given garage door opener(s) for which he/she is responsible for the care and use. A refundable deposit(s) of shall be paid to Management prior to Resident taking possession of the garage. A fee of shall be paid for replacement for a lost garage door opener.
  6. Resident agrees to maintain the garage in a clean and orderly manner and will keep the garage door closed except when entering or exiting.
  7. Boats, RVs, campers, and other similar vehicles shall not be stored in garages, on the grounds of the community, or anywhere within the leased premises.
  8. A non-refundable reprogramming fee of for each garage door opener will be assessed to a resident requesting a security code change.
  9. Neither Management nor the owner of is responsible for any damage caused to Resident's property or to the property of others by the automatic garage door.
  10. Management reserves the right to close the garage door if it is left open and unattended.
  11. Through obtaining this garage, Resident hereby waives receipt of a parking permit for use of any restricted, non-disabled parking space on the grounds of .
