Lake Liability Lease Addendum

In consideration of the execution or renewal of a lease of the dwelling unit identified in the lease, Owner and Resident agree as follows:

  1. The lake is comprised of effluent water and that swimming, drinking, fishing, wading, or playing in the lake water is hazardous to health and/or life and is strictly prohibited. Violations of this provision shall be a material and irreparable violation of the lease and good cause for termination of Tenancy.
  2. The grass and plants are irrigated with effluent water. The irrigation water is not suitable for drinking and/or playing.
  3. Resident acknowledges that the lake is not fenced or monitored for safety.

Residents agrees to assume any and all risks associated with the lake and irrigation and shall indemnify and hold Mark-Taylor Residential, Inc., , Mark-Taylor Development and Mark-Taylor, Inc. (hereinafter "MTR") harmless from any and all claims, losses, demands, or other liability whatsoever, for any damages or injury, however suffered by or occurring to any person, including, without limitation, guests at , which arise or are caused by any act of commission or omission of the Resident, Resident's occupants, family, guest, invitees or pets.

This LEASE ADDENDUM is incorporated into the lease, executed or renewed, this day between Owner and Resident.
