Resident Lease - Package Management Addendum

Package Management Services will be provided by Fetch Package Inc. ("Fetch") for each resident, within the on-demand delivery windows outlined in the Resident Terms & Conditions. To utilize the Fetch service residents must create a profile at www.fetchpackage.com and send all packages to the Fetch warehouse address provided upon sign-up. Residents must comply with the Resident Terms & Conditions to utilize the Package Management Services. The leasing office will not accept packages on your behalf.

If any resident is not home to receive a package during their requested delivery window, Fetch will leave the package outside the door unless otherwise notified by the resident or property staff. In this case, Fetch will return the package to the warehouse. As outlined in the Resident Terms & Conditions, Fetch reserves the right to invoke its fair use policy to determine if particular residents will be capped for a number of deliveries each month. Fetch reserves the right to add related delivery services and charge residents directly on an opt-in basis.

We hope everyone will follow the rules to enjoy this amenity. By not following the rules for our community, you are in violation of your lease agreement, and this will be handled accordingly.

By signing this addendum, you are stating that you are fully aware of the rules for the Package Management Services and the penalties that may be incurred.
