Mark-Taylor Tip Trip Addendum

Please take a moment to read over and acknowledge the following guidelines to ensure an enjoyable Tip Trip ride.

  1. The Tip Trip is a shared resource among the entire community, treat your fellow riders, vehicle, and driver with respect. You may be sharing a ride with fellow residents, please be courteous and respectful of their space. Always do your best to be on time for your ride as no-one likes to wait. Please use common courtesy while riding to your destination, do not swear, shout, or slam the vehicle doors. Be mindful of your driver when talking on your cell phone.
  2. The number of riders is limited to the seat belt capacity of each vehicle. Seat belts must be utilized at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. Please remember that if you are traveling in a group, you are responsible for your guest's behavior in the vehicle.
  4. No smoking, eating or pets are permitted in the vehicle. No bottles or glass are permitted. Plastic cups or cans are acceptable per driver discretion. The Drivers are unable to facilitate requests to stop at fast food restaurants.
  5. and Driver X are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Please contact the Tip Trip telephone number or the leasing office if you believe something was left in one of the vehicles and we will attempt to locate your lost item(s).
  6. Do not attempt to open or close the rear hatch door of the vehicle(s).
  7. The Tip Trip requests are first come, first serve basis. There may be times that the driver cannot guarantee a specific time, but will do their best to assist all residents' requests. The driver may not be able to anticipate being held up in traffic or other factors that could result in them "running late" so please be patient. Certain days may receive a high volume of requests and may not be able to accommodate your preferred schedule. If you are requesting more than one stop on your ride, you must mention this when requesting the service otherwise your driver may not be able to accommodate you.
  8. During the complimentary "Tip Trip" service, some locations will be limited to predetermined drop off and pick up locations designated by Management . . . i.e. Entertainment District in Old Town and Mill Avenue in Tempe.
  9. The Mark-Taylor Tip Trip service is complimentary, although we do ask that you provide an appropriate "tip" for your driver. Drivers are able to accept tips via cash, credit and debit cards.
  10. Should the vehicle require a "clean up" due to bodily fluids, spilled drinks, food damage or any items of this nature causing the vehicle to be inoperable, a "$200 minimum sanitation fee" will be assessed to the resident.
  11. Mark-Taylor reserves the right to refuse service or revoke privileges for any violation or unruly passengers. Riders will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves and/or your guests. This could include: damaging the vehicle, intentionally spilling food or drink, smoking, or vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption. Management will receive any reports of violations and take appropriate action under the guidelines of the lease agreement.
